护士间团结度测评工具中文版信效度研究

摘　　要：目的对护士间团结度测评工具——护士间团结量表（Colleague Solidarityof Nurses＇Scale，CSNS）进行翻译，并对翻译后的中文版CSNS做信、效度分析。方法采用方便抽样抽取418名天津市三级甲等医院护士进行调查．运用SPSS17．0和AMOS17．0进行统计分析，对原量表进行修改并形成最终量表。结果中文版CSNS的Cronbach’s α系数为0．892，量表重测信度为0．865．内容效度为0．957。各条目与量表总分的相关系数值为0-314—0．671（P〈0．01）。探索性因素分析表明，提取的3个公因子累积方差贡献率为59．071％；验证性一阶和二阶因子分析结果显示，卡方值／自由度（x^2／df）=1．624／0．994、拟合优度指数（GFI）=O．909／0．948、调和拟合优度指数（AGFI）-0．868／0．919、近似误差均方根（RMSEA）-0．051／0．000、正规拟合指数（NFI）=0．887／0．935、比较拟合优度指数（CFI）=0．952／1．000、Tucker-Lewis指数（TLI）=0．936／1．001。结论中文版护士间团结量表具有良好的信度和效度，可作为护士间团结度的测评工具。Objective To translate the English version of the Colleague Solidarity of Nurses＇ Scale（CSNS） into Chinese ,and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of CSNS. Methods The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of CSNS were tested among 418 nurses in Tianjin city. Data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software and AMOS 17.0 software. Results The Cronbach＇s α coefficient of the Chinese version of CSNS was 0.892,the test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.865 and the content validity index was 0.957. The correlations of the scores between each item and the total scale were ranged from 0.314 to 0.671（P〈0.01）. Three factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,wich contributed 59.071% of the total variance. The confirmatory factor analysis revealed a good fit of the model to the data based on various fit indices（Х^2=1.624,GFI=0.909/0.948,AGFI=0.868/ 0.919,RMSEA=0.OS1/0.000,NFI=0.887/0.935,CFI=0.952/1.000,TLI=0.936/1.001）. Conclusion The Chinese version of CSNS is reliable and valid,and can be used to measure colleague solidarity among nurses.
