摘　　要：目的：探讨制定规范化层级培训手册在手术室护士培训中的应用。方法制定手术室规范《层级培训手册》，人手一册，针对不同培训对象制定规范化层级培训计划，并按计划在不同层级护士培训中实施。结果经过规范化层级培训的手术室护士，各层级护士的手术配合、应急处理能力、综合素质方面均有明显提高。理论知识掌握更全面，医生对护士工作满意度也明显提高。结论制定规范化层级培训手册在手术室护士培训中应用效果好，实用性强，值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application of the standardization level training booklet in the training for the operating room nurses.Methods A＆quot;standardization level training manual＆quot;was formulated according to different level of nurses and distributed to each one for implementation.Results The operative cooperation , emergency handling capacity and overall quality were significantly improved after a standardization level training.Theoretical knowledge were more comprehensive , doctors were more satisfied with the nurses job.Conclusions The application effects of the standardization level training booklet for the operating room nurses are very good .It has strong practicability , and is worthy of spreading in clinic.
