摘 要:鉴于现有速比变化率和稳态速比特性公式均包含主动轮压力参数,而量产CVT并未安装主动轮压力传感器,难以为速比控制算法的设计提供依据,对量产CVT进行速比响应特性实验,建立不依赖于主动轮压力参数的速比变化率经验公式和稳态速比特性表。提出了基于速比响应特性的控制算法,不同于以误差作为唯一输入的常规控制算法,该控制算法根据系统压力和目标速比计算控制量,补偿系统的非线性,提高各工况下控制性能的稳定性和一致性。Present available formulas of the changing rate of speed ratio and the characteristics of steady-state speed ratio contain the pressure for primary pulley, while the pressure sensor for primary pulley is not available in production continuously variable transmissions ( CVT) , so no basis can be provided for the design of ratio control algorithm. In view of these, an experiment of ratio response characteristics is conducted on a production CVT, and an empirical formula of ratio changing rate and a lookup table of steady-state ratio characteristics without the parameter of primary pulley pressure are worked out. Different from the conventional control algorithm, which takes error as only input, a novel control algorithm based on ratio response characteristics is proposed, which calculates the control variable according to the system pressure and desired ratio, so providing a makeup for system nonlinearity and en-hancing the stability and consistency of control performance under different working conditions.
