摘  要:目的比较不同来源铁皮石斛的有效物质含量。方法应用等离子体发射光谱仪、氨基酸自动分析仪等测定了不同来源铁皮石斛微量元素、氨基酸和多糖含量。结果铁皮石斛原球茎(DPs)液体培养物的多糖含量与市售铁皮枫斗相近,分别为15.42%和16.67%,铁皮石斛原球茎固体培养物多糖含量相对较低,仅为11.57%。铁皮石斛原球茎固体培养物及液体培养物中总氨基酸含量分别达到14.61%和8.62%,均高于铁皮枫斗(2.11%)。微量元素含量测定结果显示,两种铁皮石斛原球茎培养物的10种微量元素含量,除Ca、Mg、Sr略低于市售铁皮枫斗外,其他微量元素含量均高于铁皮枫斗。结论两种铁皮石斛组织培养物的主要药用成分与市售铁皮枫斗相近,可作为野生铁皮石斛的替代资源加以开发。Objective To compare the active substance contents in three types of Dendrobium officinale. Methods In this study, the contents of trace elements, amino acid and polysaceharide in three types of D. oJficinale were measured by plasma - atomic e- mission spectrometry, automatic analyzing amino acid and ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Results The results showed that the con- tents of polysaccharide which in DPs liquid culture ( 15.42% ) close to the D. officinale ( 16.67% ), the DPs solid culture is low- er ( 11.57% ). The amino acids of the DPs solid culture ( 14.61% ) and the DPs liquid culture (8.62%) are much higher than D. oJficinale (2.11% ). The trace elements in the two cultures of DPs are also much higher than D. officinale except Ca, Mg and Sr, Conclusion The major component of the two cultures of DPs are closed to the D. officinale. It can exploit as the succedaneous resources as D. officinale.
