摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、网络访谈法、数据分析法等对江苏省苏北地区中学生假期中体育锻炼态度特征、参与行为特征、体育消费特征以及制约假期体育锻炼的因素调查分析并提出对策,促进阳光体育运动深入开展。Used the methods of literature material, questionnaire,interview, and data analysis to analyze students′ physical exercise attitude,participation behavior characteristics,and consumption characteristics in their vacation. These students were studied in middle school of the northern Jiangsu area. The paper also analyzed the restricted factors of vacation physical exercise. Then,it provided countermeasures to promote sunshine sports movement′s in-depth development.
