摘　　要：改良了传统的桔梗根中多糖提取技术,探讨了适合商洛桔梗实际生产的多糖提取工艺,并应用于桔梗剪枝处理试验。结果表明:按照1∶30的料液比,超声50 min,80℃加热回流2 h的条件下提取效果较为理想;此方法应用于4批次不同剪枝处理样品的多糖测定,摘花序、打顶的配合处理优于2种方法的单独使用,多糖含量显著高于其他处理组。This study improved the traditional extraction technology of polysaccharide from the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum in Shangluo by using ultrasonic technology. The optimum extraction technological conditions were obtained as follows：solid-solvent ratio 1：30,ultrasonic treatment for 50 min,heating reflux for 2 hours at 80℃. This extraction technology was used for the determi-nation of polysaccharide content in 4 batches of Platycodon grandiflorum pruning samples. The results showed that the polysaccha-ride content in inflorescence-picking and topping coupled treatment group was significantly higher than that in the other treatment groups.
