摘  要:基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)集成技术,设计仿真了一种WiFi/GPS/BT三模前端模块。该模块基板里面埋置有双工器、匹配电路,而在基板表面表贴了射频开关、声表面波滤波器、低噪声放大器等器件。改进了双工器(三工器)的设计,并在双工器结构的基础上,利用高介电常数LTCC材料以及基板表面空余空间构建了三工器的第三带通滤波器支路,在不增加模块体积的情况下,得以成功实现了三工器的结构设计。整个模块的外形尺寸仅为5.0 mm×4.0 mm×1.2 mm,其中基板的厚度约为0.5 mm。仿真验证了所设计的双工器和三工器性能参数良好。A compact WiFi/GPS/BT triple-mode RF front-end module (FEM) was designed by using the low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) integration technology. Diplexer and matching circuits were embedded in the LTCC substrate. LNA, SAW filter and SPDT were placed on the LTCC substrate surface. The design of the diplexer was improved Based on this diplexer design, the structure of the triplexer was also successfully implemented without expanding the size of entire FEM by using high-k LTCC material, extra space on the surface of LTCC substrate was used to construct the third band-pass filter path. Eventually, the size of the proposed FEM is only 5.0 mm ×4.0 mm× 1.2 mm with an LTCC substrate thickness of 0.5 mm. The simulation results show that the diplexer and triplexer have good performance.
