摘　　要：当代生命科学技术发展带来的伦理问题挑战着人们的传统道德观念,生命科学技术研究的继续发展如果没有伦理规范必然会给人类社会带来无尽的烦恼。当今生命科学技术发展需要以理性为基础,构建一种全球生命伦理。生命科技发展过程中全球化趋势的外因、价值观趋同的内因、和而不同的存在形式使得构建全球生命伦理成为可能。构建全球生命伦理应当坚持生命科技研究中的底线原则,同时加强生命科技研究中的对话和交流。The ethical problems brought about by the development of modern life science and technology constantly challenged people＇ s traditional morality, science and technology continue to develop without ethical norms will give human society endless troubles, so it is necessary to establish the basis of rational. The modern life science and technology development calls for global ethics based on a rational basis. The trend of globalization, the convergence of value, and the harmony but not sameness form make it possible to construct the global bioethics. In the research of life science and technology, it is necessary to resist the bottom line, and strengthen dialogue and exchanges.
