摘　　要：从国内外区域经济发展的经验来看,科技创新已经渗透到区域经济和社会发展的各个领域,在一个国家或地区的经济发展中起着决定性的作用。采用统计分析方法,从创新资源、知识创造、经济效益以及创新环境四个方面,全面、系统地对河南省各地市目前科技创新建设的现状进行详细剖析,揭示不同地市在科技创新方面存在的优势和不足,为政府相关部门制定和完善科技创新的发展计划提供参考。Science and technology innovation has penetrated to all fields of economic and social development and play a decisive role in economic development of a country or region according to the experience of economic development at home and abroad. This paper makes a quantitative research on the current situation of science and technology innovation in Henan from the aspects as innovation resources, knowledge innovation, innovation benefit and innovation environment, and fully reveals all kinds of the advantages and disadvantages in the above tour aspects.
