胃黏膜保护剂铝碳酸镁治疗活动性胃溃疡的观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨铝碳酸镁治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染性胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法收集2012年1月～2013年1月期间，收治的Hp感染性胃溃疡患者148例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各74例，对照组常规予以抗Hp三联疗法进行治疗，即阿莫西林＋奥美拉唑＋呋喃唑酮，观察组在对照组的基础上应用铝碳酸镁进行治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的胃镜下溃疡愈合总有效率为97.3%，Hp根除率为87.8%，对照组分别为95.9%、85.1%，两组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组的1年复发率为23.0%，显著低于对照组的56.8%（P＜0.05）。结论在常规制酸抗Hp的基础上加用铝碳酸镁治疗Hp感染活动性胃溃疡可降低复发率，值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of hydrotalcid for active ulcer with Helicobacter pylori（Hp）infection. Methods 148 cases with Hp infection in gastric ulcer from January 2012 to January 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,74 patients in each group.The control group received anti-Hp triple therapy with conventional treatment that was omeprazole＋amoxicillin＋furazolidone. The observation group received Hydrotalcid on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of ulcer healing under gastroscopy of observation group was 97.3%,while Hp eradication rate was 87.8%;the control group were 95.9%and 85.1%correspondingly. There were no significant difference（P ＆gt;0.05）;1 year recurrence rate of observation group was 23.0%, significantly lower than the 56.8%in the control group（P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion Hydrotalcid for Active ulcer with Hp infection on the basis of conventional treatment of acid-anti-Hp can reduce the recurrence rate,and it should be widely applied.
