摘  要:为了更好的评价30米望远镜(TMT)三镜面形,给三镜的光学加工、支撑结构、系统集成提供更有效的检测结果,针对TMT三镜为椭圆形平面反射镜(3.594 m×2.536 m)的特点,提出了一种基于功率谱(PSD)的子孔径拼接方法。为了充分验证该方法的正确性与可行性,首先从理论上分析了该方法的估计质量,证明了该方法的理论正确性;然后利用长春光机已经研制成功的Φ1.23 m口径反射镜的面形数据,应用该方法进行了相关分析与验证,证明了该方法的实际可行性;最后将该方法应用于TMT三镜的仿真数据,得到了TMT三镜面形的频域特性。采用这种基于功率谱的非相关子孔径拼接方法,可对大口径平面镜(TMT三镜)以及其他类似大口径反射镜提供全口径、频域中的定量评价,为大口径反射镜的加工、支撑、集成提供更充足的技术指导。In order to evaluate the surface figure of Tertiary mirror of Thirty Meter Telescope ( TMT) more effectively, and provide the more feasible testing results to optical polishing, support structure, system integration, we proposed a novel sub-aperture stitching method based on PSD especially for the elliptic plane mirror ( 3.594m × 2.536 m) which was used as the tertiary mirror in TMT.We did enough principle analysis on the estimation quality for the validity of this method.And then, we proved the feasibility of this method with the surface data from theΦ1.23 m reflect mirror which was developed successfully by CIOMP.Finally, this method was applied in the simulation data of TMT Tertiary mirror , and got its frequency features we needed .With the novel method of non-correlation stitching based on PSD, the large aperture plane mirror ( tertiary mirror of TMT) and other reflect mirror with full aperture, frequency feature, and quantification could be evaluated.As a result, we could give more sufficient technical guidance on the polishing, support and integration for the large aperture reflect mirror.
