左归饮加味对育龄子宫动脉栓塞术后妇女子宫内膜容受性的影响

摘　　要：目的观察左归饮加味治疗对育龄子宫肌瘤介入术（UAE）后患者子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法选择20～40岁因子宫肌瘤行UAE术后出现月经过少的患者,按自愿原则分为治疗组33例,给予左归饮加味治疗;对照组32例在月经期在月经期无采取药物治疗。分别于卵泡成熟日观察子宫内膜厚度及ER受体的表达。结果卵泡成熟日子宫内膜厚度治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。ER表达的阳性率治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论左归饮加味能有效改善育龄子宫肌瘤妇女UAE术后的子宫内膜容受性,为成功受孕提供条件。Objective To evaluate the effects of Zuo Gui Yin on the endometrial receptivity after uterine artery embolization（UAE） for the myoma of uterus.Methods 65 patients with hypomenorrhea caused by UAE for treating the myoma of uterus were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated by Zuoguiyin.The control group received the symptomatic treatment.The thickness of endometrium and the expression of estrogen were detected in follicle maturity day.Results In follicle maturity day,the thickness of endometrium in treatment group was thicker than the control group（P〈0.05）,the expression of estrogen was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Zuoguiyin can improve the endometrial receptivity in the cases of myoma of uterus after UAE,which will contribute to pregnancy.
