摘　　要：原混旋磷霉素钙的制备是分别制得左旋磷霉素钙[1]和右旋磷霉素钙,再由左旋磷霉素钙和右旋磷霉素钙通过一定的比例经过物理混合来制备。新混旋磷霉素钙的合成工艺以磷霉素中间体粗品混旋盐为起始原料,经过精制后,由精品混旋盐直接制得混旋磷霉素钙。所制得的混旋磷霉素钙经过检验优于原有工艺制备所得的混旋磷霉素钙。而且该新的混旋磷霉素钙的合成工艺制备过程较比以前的简化,生产周期大大缩短,成本低等优点。The preparation of DL -Fosfomycin calcium was respectively made Fosfomycin calcium and D -Fosfomycin calcium , and by sinistral Fosfomycin calcium and D -Fosfomycin calcium prepared with certain proportion and the steric （ physical ） mixture.New synthetic process of DL -Fosfomycin calcium to fosfomycin intermediates products of DL-1,2-cis-epoxypropenyl phosphonic acid -DL-phenylethylamine as the starting material , after refining, the fine DL-1,2-cis-epoxypropenyl phosphonic acid -DL-phenylethylamine mix spin DL -Fosfomycin calcium was made directly.The mixed spinning of DL -Fosfomycin calcium after examination was better than the original technology of preparation of the DL -Fosfomycin calcium.The new synthetic process of mixed spins fosfomycin calciumwas over previous simplified preparation process , and shortened the production cycle , with low cost.
