摘　　要：从ISO 9001体系与企业文化之间的内在联系,ISO 9001体系与公司企业文化结合程度等方面入手,分析质量管理体系(即ISO 9001:2008)与公司企业文化之间的内在联系。借助轧管一部贯彻ISO 9001体系实践经验,阐述企业管理的先进程度和职工标准化作业能力的提高,会在很大程度上助力企业在危机中更好地增强竞争力的观点。From the aspects of the relationship and combination of ISO 9001 system and enterpriseculture, the authors analyze the interrelation between quality management system （i.e., ISO 9001 2008）and enterprise culture. With the help of the practical experience from ISO 9001 system implementationby Pipe Rolling Department 1, it is demonstrated that the advancement degree of enterprisemanagement and the improvement of staff standardized operation ability can greatly help the enterpriseenhance competitiveness in crisis.
