摘　　要：QC小组是质量改进的一种行之有效的组织形式,也是企业全面质量管理的重要组成部分。通过组建QC小组进行了质量改进,取得了良好的成效。介绍了企业内开展的QC小组活动情况,并以实例说明如何运用QC小组解决生产中出现的问题,实现产品质量的持续改进。QC group work is an effective organization form of quality improvement and also an important part of total quality management in the enterprise. Quality improvement was conducted through establishing QC group and good effect achieved. The paper introduces the activities proceeded by QCgroup inside the enterprise and explains with examples how to utilize QC group work to solve the problem occurring in production and to realize the continuous improvement of product quality.
