摘 要:企业在技术创新过程中,除了受外部诸多不可控制的不确定性因素影响之外,创新个体的行为对技术创新的结果起着决定性作用,而创新个体的行为往往受自身因素、情境Υ态和组织因素的影响,这就决定了技术创新活动中错误行为的产生是不可避免的。文章通过分析企业技术创新过程中人因失误的产生机理,认为创新个体所处的情境Υ态错误和组织错误通过个体因素触发形成了潜在型人误,并最终表现为显现型人误。进而建立了技术创新不同层面致错因素相互作用的概念模型,从而为企业在技术创新过程中更好地辩错、防错和化错提供思路。In the process of enterprises'technological innovation, behaviors of individuals play decisive roles on the results of technologicalinnovation in addition to many external uncertain and uncontrollable factors. At the same time , the behaviors of the innovative of individuals areoften affected by their individual factors, situational status and organizational factors, which determine the generation of the misbehaviors intechnological innovation activities is inevitable. After analyzing the generating mechanism of human error in the process of technological innovation ,we think that the situational errors and the organizational errors in which the creative individuals exist would trigger latent human errors through thefunction of the individual factors, and it will ultimately formed active human errors. Finally, the conceptual model on interaction among differenterror-causing factors is established so as to make these errors easier to be distinguished , prevented and resolved in the process of technologicalinnovation, then set up a bridge from error to success.
