摘  要:目的探讨在早期稽留流产病例中胚胎绒毛染色体核型分析的意义。方法对1389例稽留流产胚胎绒毛组织进行细胞培养,培养成功的病例进行染色体核型分析,统计学分析。结果 1389例稽留流产胚胎绒毛,培养成功1294例,成功率为93.2%。经染色体核型分析,正常核型为596例,男女比为1:2.19(187/409);异常核型为698例(54%),其中三体型为427例,多倍体型为114例,45,X型为89例,染色体结构异常为20例,嵌合体为17例。结论胚胎染色体核型异常是导致稽留流产的重要原因;对流产绒毛组织细胞进行染色体核型分析可以为再次妊娠提供指导依据。Objective: To investigate the role of fetal chromosomal abnormalities in early spontaneous abortion. Methods: Chorionic villi from 1389 cases of spontaneous abortion were sampled, cultured. Karyotype analysis was performed by G banding. Statistic analysis. Results: 1294 Chorionic villi samples were successfully cultured (93%) . 698 cases were abnormal, among which, 427 were trisomy, 114 were polyploidy, 89 were monosomy X, 20 were structural abnormalities, 17 were mosaic. The other 596 cases were normal abortion (male: female sex ratio1:2.19) . Conclusion: Fetal chromosomal abnormality is a major cause of early spontaneous abortion. Analysing the karyotype of chorionic villi samples can provide reference for further gestations.
