摘  要:普林斯顿大学麦克格劳教学与学习中心成立于20世纪末,成立以后,一直大力致力于帮助教职人员提升自身能力,支持研究生以教师和专业人员的身份进行教学实践,并培养本科生作为学习者和学者进行全面发展。围绕此目的,中心针对教师、研究生、留学生、本科生和社区学院的教师等不同服务对象开展多种有针对性的活动,且活动形式多样,有个体咨询、课堂观察、工作坊、各种专项服务,还有丰富的网络资源。短短的14年,麦克格劳中心迅速发展,形成自己完整的教学和学习服务体系,成为美国大学教师发展机构的一个后起之秀。McGraw Center for Teaching and Learning in Princeton University was established at the end of the 20th century.After that,the center has been strongly committed to supporting faculty members and instructors to improve themselves,to helping graduate students as teachers and professionals to begin their teaching practice,and to training undergraduates as learners and scholars to develop in an all-around way.According to this purpose,the center develops a variety of targeted activities to different objects covering faculty,graduate students,international students,undergraduates and faculty in community colleges.The various activities include individual counseling,classroom observation,workshops,all kinds of special service,and rich network resources.During the past 14 years,McGraw Center has developed rapidly,formed its own complete service system of teaching and learning and become a rising star among college teacher development institutions in the United States.
