摘 要:目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)含量变化及临床意义。方法 108例初治的恶性肿瘤患者中,45例为术后辅助化疗患者,63例为晚期肿瘤患者。将全组患者分为3组,全组患者为第1组,45例术后辅助化疗患者为第2组,63例晚期肿瘤患者为第3组。对全组恶性肿瘤患者每周期化疗前行静脉采血,应用邻苯三酚自氧化法对血清SOD含量进行检测,并行自身对照。全组患者化疗均满4个周期。结果本组108例初治的恶性肿瘤患者有97例化疗前血清SOD含量即低于正常值。全组恶性肿瘤患者经两周期化疗后,血清SOD含量较化疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但第3周期化疗后血清SOD含量与化疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清SOD含量逐渐增加;45例术后辅助化疗患者经4个周期化疗后,血清SOD含量与化疗前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);63例晚期肿瘤患者经两个周期化疗后,血清SOD含量与化疗前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但第3周期化疗后血清SOD含量与化疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清SOD含量逐渐增加。结论恶性肿瘤患者血清SOD含量普遍低于正常值,化疗对恶性肿瘤患者血清SOD含量的影响是多面的,主要取决于患者化疗时所处的状态及化疗周期数。Objective Objective On patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy before and after serum Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), content change and clinical significance .Methods At the beginning of 108 cases of cure of 45 cases of malignant tumor patients for postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy patients ,63 cases of patients with advanced tumors .All patients can be divided into three groups ,all pa-tients for group Ⅰ,45 patients with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for group Ⅱ,63 patients with advanced cancer is group Ⅲ.Each cy-cle of chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor of forward venous blood collection and application development of three phenol autoxida -tion method to test the content of serum SOD ,parallel control itself .Full set of chemotherapy of patients with four cycles .Results 108 cases of early treated 97 patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy before serum SOD content is below normal .Whole group of patients with malig-nant tumor after two cycles of chemotherapy ,serum SOD levels compared with before treatment ,no significant difference (P〉0.05),but the third cycle after chemotherapy compared with before treatment serum SOD content appear difference (P〈0.05),serum SOD content in-creased gradually;45 patients with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy after four cycles of chemotherapy ,serum SOD levels compared with before treatment,no obvious difference (P〉0.05);63 cases of patients with advanced tumors after two cycles of chemotherapy ,serum SOD levels compared with before treatment ,no significant difference (P〉0.05),but the third cycle after chemotherapy compared with before treat-ment serum SOD content appear difference (P〈0.05),serum SOD content increased gradually .Conclusion malignant tumor patients serum SOD content is lower than normal;The influence of serum SOD levels in patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy is multidimensional ,basi-cally see patients with chemotherapy in the state and the cycles of chemotherapy .
