摘　　要：《社会保险法》生效后,工伤损害赔偿的救济途径也发生了质的变化。该变化标志着对工伤损害的社会保障水平有了更大的提高,但现行的相关法律法规也与《社会保险法》形成了较大的矛盾冲突。所以,应该尽快对相关法律法规进行修订。After the Social Insurance Law takes effect, the relief way of the inductrial injury compensation haschanged qualitatively, this change marks the level of social security of damage to industrial injury have a larger in-crease, but the current relevant laws and regulations have also formed a larger conflict with the Social InsuranceLaw. So, the relevant laws and regulations should be revised as soon as possible.
