摘　　要：拉德布鲁赫作为德国20世纪最伟大、影响最深远的法哲学家和刑法学家之一,他频繁涉足政治的行为,对政治哲学的研究有着超常的兴趣,他到底持着怎样的信念行走在政治与学术之间?如何在政治哲学视野下重新认识拉德布鲁赫,需从其思想和行动两个方面进行探讨。As one of the greatest philosopher and penalty of the 20th century in Germany, whose impact is the mostfar - reaching, Mr Rudd bruch, fre＇quently involved in politics, the study of political philosophy has a fatal attrac-tion, what belief does he hold to walk between the political and academic？ This article attempts to explore from thethought and action, studies Mr Rudd bruch in the perspective of political philosophy.
