角形刚性阻振结构在船舶舱壁的应用研究

摘  要:运用波动理论分析了刚性阻振结构对振动波的阻抑特性,基于阻抗失配原理设计了多种刚性阻振结构,并将其应用于船舶舱壁典型的"十"字结构处的刚性阻振隔振设计。在基座处施加激励力,数值计算得到模型在不同刚性阻振设计下的加速度传递函数、振级落差。通过对比分析可知:角形阻振质量带相对于方形阻振质量带具有更宽的阻隔频率以及更高的传递损失,中低频角形阻振质量带的隔振效果好,而高频角形空心阻振质量带的隔振效果好。Based on the wave theory, the paper analyzes the characteristics of the rigid vibration-isolation structures attenuating propagation of vibration wave. According to the impedance mismatch theory, It designs several rigid vibration-isolation structures, which have been applied to the rigid vibration-isolation design in the typical cruciform construction of the ship bulkhead. After the excitation force acting on the equipment base, the numerical calculation of the model’s acceleration transfer coefficient and vibration level difference under the different rigid vibration-isolation design is carried out. By comparison and analysis, it is found that the triangle blocking mass has a wider impeding frequency range and higher transmission loss than the square blocking mass, and the better impeding effect is obtained in the low-frequency range for the triangle blocking mass, whereas in the high-frequency range for the square blocking mass.
