农民工随迁子女城市融入的结构与现状——基于厦门、长沙与贵阳调查数据的实证分析

摘　　要：对厦门市、长沙市与贵阳市农民工随迁子女的问卷调查资料进行实证分析,其研究结果显示:从城市融入的结构来看,农民工随迁子女城市融入由社会融入、心理归属、经济适应与身份认同等4个因子构成;从城市融入的现状来看,在城乡二元社会结构造成的"社会屏蔽"机制与农民工随迁子女融入城市过程产生的"社会性防御"策略的双重作用下,农民工随迁子女城市融入程度普遍偏低,从而导致其大都处于"半城市化生存"的边缘化状态;而从城市融入的进程来看,农民工随迁子女城市融入在社会融入、心理归属、经济适应与身份认同等4个维度上存在递减关系,这一现状在一定程度上折射出农民工随迁子女强烈地融入城市的主观期望与其客观融入"事实"之间存在巨大的张力。Through empirical analysis of questionnaire data of migrant workers’children in Xiamen, Changsha,and Guiyang ,it is showed that:from the structure,about urban migrant workers’children to integrate into the city,that consists of four:social integration,psychological ownership,economic adap-tation and identity;from the present situation,with the double impact of the “Social shield”mechanism caused by the urban-rural dual social structure and “social defense”strategyproduced in the process of migrant workers’children to integrate into urban,level of migrant workers’children to integrate into the city is generally low,resulting mostly in their marginalization of“semi-urban survival”;from the integra-tion process,about the urban integration of migrant workers’children,there is a relationship of diminish-ing in the four dimensions:community integration,psychological ownership,economic adaptation and i-dentity,which reflects the great tension in the subjective expectation of migrant workers’children to in-tegrate into urban and the objective reality.
