摘　　要：目的了解护士对安全输血相关知识的掌握情况,以便有针对性地对护士进行输血知识培训,保证安全有效输血。方法采用闭卷笔试的方法调查某3级甲等医院的457名护士对输血知识的掌握程度。结果本科、大专、中专护士的成绩分别为68.8±13.31、66.02±14.02、56.82±11.90;主管护师及以上、护师、护士的成绩分别为79.67±9.72、66.79±14.25、57.66±11.26。护士对输血查对的内容掌握较好;对全血、红细胞的贮存温度、贮存时间以及临床输注的掌握相对较好,对交叉配血标本、血浆、血小板以及输血不良反应等知识的认知情况相对较差;高学历及高职称护士对安全输血相关知识掌握水平明显高于低学历及低职称的护士。结论护士对安全输血相关知识的掌握情况不容乐观,需要加强培训与督查,提高护理人员安全输血的知识,达到安全、有效的输血目的。Objective To investigate the nurses＇ knowledge on safe blood transfusion in order to provide well-targeted blood transfusion knowledge training for nurses and ensure the effective and safe blood transfusion. Methods Knowledge on blood transfusion was investegated by using closed book exam among 457 nurses in a first-class throe level hospital. Results The scores of nurses with bachelor degree,junior college degree and technical secondary school degree were 68.8 ± 13.31, 66.02 ± 14.02, and 56.82 ± 11.90, respectively. The scores of nurse-in-charge and above, senior nurse and nurse were 79.67 ± 9.72,66.79 ± 14.25 ,and 57.66 ± 11.26, respectively. The nurses had a better understanding of blood check, a relatively good understanding of storage temperature, storage time and clinical transfusion of whole blood and red blood cell, but a relatively poor undertanding of blood sample cross matching, plasma, platelet and blood transfusion adverse reactions. The nurses with advanced degree and high professional title master the knowledge on safe blood transfusion significantly better than those with low education level and low professional title. Conclusion The nurse＇s knowledge on the safety of transfusion is not optimistic. We need strengthen training and supervision to improve their knowledge and achieve the goal of safe, and effective blood transfusion.
