摘  要:平衡膳食是健康的基础。分析东西方膳食结构的几种经典模式,比较东西方饮食的特点,提出了东方饮食文化对世界的贡献,同时揭示中华民族传统膳食结构的合理性以及蕴含的科学性,并提出合理膳食的相关建议。Balanced and reasonable diet is the foundation on which health is built. Several typical modes of eastern and western diet structure were analyzed. By comparing the characteristics of the eastern and western diet, the contribution of eastern diet culture to the world was pointed out, the rational and scientific nature embodied in the traditional diet structure of the Chinese nation was revealed, the corresponding suggestions for rational dietary were put forward.
