摘 要:以杜鹃花为材料,对其液剂干制工艺进行了研究,结果表明:液剂干燥法各处理中,液剂组合15%的甘油+7%柠檬酸+5%亚硫酸钠,再于60℃下烘干16h,在保色、护形方面明显优于其他处理.该液剂组合在烘干24h后,其失水率都高于其他处理;烘干时间增加会导致花瓣特别易脆,从而失去干花护形的价值.The drying technology of Rhododendron simsii has been studied in this paper, showing that AIB2C2, the second drying technology ( the mixture of 15% glycerin, 7% citric acid and 5% sodium sul rite with six hours soaking time) does better in maintaining the color and shape than the other 8 drying ways. The water loss rate treated by this way is 19.7% higher than the lowest water loss rate treated by any other way after 24 hours drying. This drying way has also produced a better sensory quality. Pro cessed by this mixture liquid, the flower is to be dried for 8, 16 and 24 hours with its water loss rate and sensory quality tested each time. The result indicates that 24 hour drying is the most ideal time with a higher water loss rate and a better maintaining of the flower's shape.
