摘 要:后发工业国从模仿到创新的技术战略演进路径呈现多样性,为解释后发工业国汽车产业技术演进路径差异和选择,通过构造一个以企业家精神和企业技术能力成长为主要内驱力,市场需求、技术发展和溢出为拉力、研发投入和产业激励政策为推力,高昂技术学习成本和企业创新惯例和惰性等为阻力以及市场竞争和约束性产业政策为压力的汽车产业技术演进动力模型,比较分析了后发工业国汽车产业技术演进的动力差异和选择机制,并为中国汽车产业技术能力的发展提供有益建议。Technological strategic evolution from imitation to innovation in developing industrial countries demonstrates diversity,in order to explain technological evolution path difference and selection of automobile industry in developing industrial countries, atechnological evolution motion model for automobile industry is constructed by taking entrepreneurial spirit and enterprisetechnical capacity development as the main internal driving power, by taking market demand, technical development andtechnical spillover as driving force, by taking R&D investment and industrial incentive policy as propelling force, by taking ex-pensive technology-learning cost and enterprise innovation inertia and so on as resistance, and by taking market competition andrestrictive industrial policy as pressure. The motion difference and selective mechanism for technological evolution of automobileindustry in developing industrial countries are compared and analyzed so as to provide helpful suggestions for the development oftechnology capacity of Chinese automobile industry.
