摘　　要：网瘾给大学生身心健康带来极大危害,严重影响着他们的学业。本文通过对大学生网瘾危害的梳理,有针对性地提出相应对策,为高校教师做好网瘾学生的教育教学工作作参考,正确引导大学生认识网瘾的危害,正确对待网络,恰当运用网络,免受网瘾危害,促进大学生健康成长成才。Network addiction will not only cause great harm to college students’ physical and mental developments, but will also damage their school work. Based on the analysis of its harm to college students, this paper put forward corresponding solutions which can be used as references for college teachers to educate or instruct network-addiction students to realize the damages of it, and to deal with internet rationally and to grow up healthily.
