摘　　要：加快中国竞技体育发展,必须坚持和完善"体教结合"模式,有必要对我国实施"体教结合"模式进行系统、全面地总结。这是探索我国竞技体育人才培养可持续发展的需要,也是深化我国竞技体育发展方式改革的需要。采用文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法及个案分析法等研究方法,以"体教结合"模式涉及到的各类组织及个体为研究对象进行研究,系统地归纳和总结出推进"体教结合"模式应当贯彻的重要原则。遵循统筹"两个服务"、尊重"两个基本规律"、坚持"三个有利于"、注意"四个学段衔接"、处理好"五个关系"的基本原则,有助于更加深入地推广"体教结合"模式,有利于促进竞技体育人才的全面发展,培养出高水平的竞技体育人才。To speed up the development of competitive sports in China, we nmst stick to and improve “combination of sport and education” mode, and summarize this mode systematically and comprehensively, which are the needs for exploring sustainable development of China competitive sports talent cultivation and for deepening development way- reform. By the methods of literature review, field research, expert interview and case study, this paper ana- lyzed organizations and individuals which are related to “combination of sporl and education” mode, and smmna- rized some important principles. Following the principles of “two services”, respecting“two basic regulation”, insisting on “three benefits”, paying attention to “the connection of four sections” and handling well “five rela- tionships” are helpful to spread “combination of sport and education” mode, and helpful to improve overall devel- opment of competitive sports talent and cultivate high standard competitive sport talent.
