我国社会体育指导与管理本科专业布局研究

摘　　要：从教育外部关系规律来看,高等学校社会体育指导与管理专业应与区域经济社会相互促进、共同发展,专业人才培养与经济社会发展需求相匹配。运用文献资料法、访谈法等方法以全国31省、市、自治区为例,对社会体育指导与管理本科专业总体数量、专业分布与区域经济社会发展的相关性和均衡性进行研究。结果显示:全国有近1/3的省级区域社会体育指导与管理专业布点数量与区域经济社会发展水平脱节。社会体育指导与管理专业分布与省级区域GDP、人口数量的总体相关性较好,相关系数值较高,分布的均衡性较好;但与人均GDP、城镇化居民可支配收入等指标之间却呈现非常显著负相关关系,表明目前我国社会体育指导与管理专业的区域分布与区域经济社会发展对社会体育指导与管理专业人才的需求明显的错位不协调与梯度差异,违背了教育外部性规律。对此提出了"加强调控,严格审批,从长远谋划社会体育指导与管理专业的区域布局"的政策建议和"以质量求生存,创建特色谋发展,推动社会体育指导与管理专业走内涵式发展道路"的实践措施。From external law of education,social sports major and regional economy and social development should complement one another and purse common development,and cultivation of talents should meet the needs of economic and social development. By using the methods of literature review and interview,this paper analyzed quantity of social sports major in 31 provinces and summarized the relativity and balance between the major distribution and regional economic and social development. The results showed that the major distribution is out of level of regional economic and social development in almost one third provinces. Distribution of social sports major is well correlated and balanced with GDP and population of the province. But it is significantly negative related to GDP per capita and urban residents' disposable income which means China's social sports major distribution is incompatible and unbalanced with the need of economic and social development and is against external law of education.This paper suggested that strengthening the regulation and control,enhancing examination and approval,planning the regional distribution of social sports major should be in a long-term plan. And the major should survive by the quality,create distinctly characteristics and be in a connotative development way.
