金喉健喷雾剂联合利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察金喉健喷雾剂联合利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎的临床疗效。方法将该科2012年11月—2013年12月确诊为疱疹性口腔炎的92例患儿随机分为观察组及对照组各46例,二组均给予利巴韦林治疗,同时给予多种维生素的补充及对症治疗。观察组同时加用金喉健喷雾剂喷患处,2喷/次,3次/d。5d为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后比效二组疗效。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金喉健喷雾剂联合利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Jinhoujian aerosol combinect with ribavirin tablets in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis. Methods Totally 92 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 46 cases in each. The two groups were given ribavirin tablets with vitamin and mineral supplementation for symptomatic treatment. The treatment group was given Jinhoujian aerosol which was sprayed directly in the affected area, 2 spray once, 3 times one day, 5d for 1 course of treat- ment. The curative effect was judged after the course in two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Jinhoujian aerosol combine with ribavirin tablets in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis is effective and it is worthy of clinical application.
