摘　　要：学界主流观点认为中国的家庭结构会在现代化的进程中趋向于核心化,城市化和人口流动会加速大家庭的分解。本文将家庭组织的变迁与延续放入城乡流动研究的中心,以包工头为研究对象,力求通过深度的个案研究来呈现包工头家庭的结构变迁,尝试从中得出一些关于城乡流动和家庭研究的新观点。本文中的包工头家庭以联合化的家庭共同体整体外出,在城乡流动的过程中既分化又聚合,形成一种"分"而不"离"、"合"而不"统"的家庭经济组织。家庭结构现代化理论和家族企业研究这两种对立视角都无法很好地解释这一家庭现象,它也很难被归入已有的流动人口家庭类型之中,我们将这种流动人口家庭称为"联合外出家庭"。Rural-urban migration is a research hotspot .But previous studies ignored migrant Entrepre-neurship.This paper does a comprehensive research on a migrant contractor family ’s entrepreneurship.We’ re aiming at exploring the practical logic of their changes in family structure .In the process of entrepreneur-ship in the city , they formed“migrant joint family”.This family organization cannot be explained by the theo-ry of family modernization and the family enterprise theory .And it is hard to put it in the existing types of mi-grant family.And their organizational structure and mode of operation are beyond some two opposites , such as“Rational /Irrational”or“Modern /Traditional”.It shows a more dynamic and complex picture than theory logic .
