醒脑静治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脑静治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法:选择笔者所在科室收治的急性脑出血患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例,对照组患者仅给予急性脑出血常规治疗,治疗组患者在对照组常规治疗基础上给予醒脑静20 ml加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml或5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程共14 d。在治疗前及治疗后14 d采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评定患者神经功能缺损程度,并行头颅CT检查明确颅内血肿水肿情况,评价其疗效,并探讨其可能机制。结果:两组患者神经功能缺损均有改善,治疗组患者神经功能恢复明显优于对照组,两组治疗后14 d神经功能评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组脑血肿周围水肿体积减少,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静能安全有效治疗急性脑出血。Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xingnaojing Injection on acute cerebral hemorrhage.Method：90 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group（n=45） and treatment group（n=45）.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the treatment group was treated with Xingnaojing Injection on the basis of conventional therapy.The patients were given the neurological function evaluation with NIHSS and skull CT examination.Result：The improvement of neurological function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.The treatment group fibrinogen decreased significantly compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The treatment group was significantly smaller volume of edema around the hematoma volume compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Xingnaojing Injection is safe and effective in the treating acute cerebral hemorrhage.
