正骨水在减轻化疗外渗后疼痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨正骨水对减轻化疗外渗后疼痛的临床效果,以提高患者舒适度。方法:选取60例化疗外渗后疼痛患者作为研究对象,分为两组,对照组30例予常规外渗处理,观察组30例外渗部位外敷浸有正骨水的纱块,观察治疗后的临床效果。结果:对照组总疼痛率为66.67%,观察组总疼痛率为0,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组视觉模拟评分、生活质量评分、疼痛时间、满意度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正骨水能有效减轻患者化疗外渗后的疼痛,提高生活质量。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Bonesetting Liquid alleviating painafter chemotherapy extravasation,for improving the clinical diagnosi.Method：60 cases with pain after chemotherapy extravasation in our hospital from February 2010 to January 2014 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups.The control group（n=30） was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group（n=30） was treated with Bonesetting Liquid.The clinical effect after treatment was observed.Result：The total pain rate of the control group was 66.67%, the observation group was 0, which had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The visual simulation score,life quality socre,pain time and satisfactorydegree between two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bonesetting Liquid not only can alleviate pain after chemotherapy extravasation, but also can improve life quality.
