摘　　要：目的通过临床药师参与胰腺炎患者个体化给药方案制订,拓展药师的工作范围,探讨药师在临床用药方面所起到的作用。方法为1例急性胰腺炎患者提供药学监护、用药指导和生活干预。结果增强了患者的用药依从性及医患互动,对治疗有较大帮助。结论在对患者实施全面、有效的个体化给药方案方面,临床药师应发挥重要作用。Objective To discuss pharmaceutical care for patients with acute pancreatitis,investigate and expand the role of clinical pharmacists in the clinical treatment.Methods To prepare pharmaceutical care,medication guidance and interventions of life were offered to an acute pancreatitis patient.Results The patient’s medication compliance was enhanced and good for the clinical therapy.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists could play an important role in patient’s implementation of a comprehensive and effective program of individual administration.
