摘　　要：目的探讨脑膜瘤术后复发的相关影响因素。方法脑膜瘤术后患者87例,其中术后复发11例,无复发76例。分析肿瘤切除程度、病理及影像资料等与肿瘤复发的关系。结果单因素分析显示,脑膜瘤病理级别、脑膜瘤部位、手术切除Simpson分级、脑膜瘤形状、瘤周水肿与脑膜瘤复发有关。多因素logistic回归分析显示,手术SimpsonⅢ级复发的风险是手术SimpsonⅠ-Ⅱ级复发风险的7倍;蘑菇形状术后复发的风险是非蘑菇形状复发风险的13倍。结论肿瘤切除程度（Simpson分级）、肿瘤形状是脑膜瘤复发的独立危险因素,脑膜瘤部位、病理级别、肿瘤瘤周水肿程度是脑膜瘤复发的相关因素。Objective To study the influence factors of postoperative recurrence of meningioma. Methods Eighty-seven cases of meningioma underwent surgery,including 11 of recurrence and 76 of non-recurrence. The relationship of the extent of tumor resection,pathology and imaging data with tumor recurrence was analyzed. Results Univariate analysis indicated that the pathological grade,tumor location,operation excision Simpson classification,tumor shape and peritumoral edema were associated with the recurrence of meningioma. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the postoperative recurrence rate of Simpson level Ⅲ was 7 times of Simpson levelⅠ-Ⅱ. The postoperative recurrence rate of mushroom-shaped meningioma was 13 times of non-mushroom-shaped meningioma. Conclusion The extent of tumor resection（ Simpon grade） and shape of tumor are independent risk factors for the recurrence of meningioma.Meningioma location,pathological grade and the degree of peritumoral edema are relevant factors of meningioma recurrence.
