摘 要:在分析四开关三相无刷直流电机运行原理的基础上,提出了一种四开关三相无刷直流电机双闭环智能控制系统。系统内外环均采用单神经元PID控制,转速外环采用单神经元PID控制器可以避免转速出现超调、响应速度慢,电流内环采用单神经元PID控制器可以根据参考电流快速地调节实际电流,从而改善电流的波形,实现四开关三相无刷直流电机电流的120°方波控制。通过Matlab/Simulink搭建了仿真模型,仿真结果证明了该控制策略的正确性和有效性。Based on the analysis of the operating principle of four-switch three-phase brushless DC motor( BLDCM),an intelligent double-loop control system of four-switch three-phase BLDCM was proposed in this paper. Both the inside loop and the outside loop adopted the single neuron PID control,the speed loop with a single neuron PID controller can avoid the overshoot and slow response of speed,the current loop with single neuron PID controllers can adjust the actual current quickly according to the reference current,thereby improving current waveform,to implement 120° square-waveform currents control of the four-switch three-phase BLDCM. The simulation model based on Matlab /Simulink was built,and the results verified the correctness and validity of the control strategy.
