摘　　要：目的分析安康地区孕中期孕妇产前唐氏综合征、18-三体综合征和神经管缺陷的筛查结果。方法选取2011年12月至2013年5月安康地区的3 169例孕中期孕妇为研究对象,将其唐氏综合征、18-三体综合征、神经管缺陷高危风险比例进行统计分析,并比较其中不同年龄与孕周者的高危风险比例。结果 3 169例孕中期孕妇中共检出唐氏综合征高风险者96例(3.03%),18-三体综合征高风险者30例(0.95%),神经管缺陷高风险者32例(1.01%),其中≤20岁及≥35岁者的总比例均高于其他年龄段,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而不同孕周者之间则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论安康地区孕中期孕妇以唐氏综合征高风险比例高于18-三体综合征和神经管缺陷,且不同年龄段的差异也较为明显。Objective To analyze the prenatal screening results of Down syndrome （DS）, Edwards syndrom and neural tube defect （NTD） in mid-pregnant women at Ankang area. Methods A total of 3 169 pregnant women with mid-trimester pregnancy at Ankang prefecture from December 2011 to May 2013 were selected as research object, and the high risk proportion of DS, Edwards syndrome and NTD were statistically analyzed, then the high risk proportion of pregnant women with different ages and gestational weeks were compared too. Results 158 cases of 3 169 pregnant women with mid-trimester pregnancy were classified as the high risk group, from which 96 （3.03%）, 30 （0.95%） and 32 （1.01%） babies were born with disease of DS, Edwards syndrome and NTD, respectively. The high risk rates of pregnant women were quite different among age groups with the highest in ≤20 years old and ≥ 35 years old, the rates of the two age stages （≤ 20 years old and ≥ 35 years old） were significantly different （all P〈0.05） from the rates of other age stages. The high risk rates of pregnant women among different gestational weeks showed no significant differences （all P〉0.05）. Conclusion The high risk rate of DS of pregnant women with mid-trimester pregnancy in Ankang area were higher than the rates of Edwards syndrom and NTD, and the difference among different gestational weeks were significant.
