摘  要:采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)方法检测约克夏猪和藏猪血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量,分析其与肌内脂肪含量的关系。结果表明,约克夏猪和藏猪的TNF-α含量分别为251.06和198.06 pg/mL,呈极显著差异(P<0.01);肌内脂肪含量分别为2.50%、5.45%,相关性分析显示,TNF-α与肌内脂肪含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),说明TNF-α可通过血液负调控肌内脂肪含量,初步阐明猪血清中TNF-α的品种差异及其与肌内脂肪含量的关系,为深入研究猪肌内脂肪沉积机理提供基础数据。Detect the Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) content of Yorkshire and Tibetan pigs by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and analyze its relationship with intramuscular fat content. The results showed that the TNF-α content of Yorkshire pigs and Tibetan pigs respectively were 251.06 and 198.06 pg/mL, there was a significant difference(P〈0.01);intramuscular fat contents respectively were 2.50%, 5.45%, the correlation analysis showed that TNF-αand intramuscular fat content was significantly negatively correlated (P〈0.01), TNF-αcan negative regulation of intramuscular fat content by blood, which preliminary clarify the difference of TNF-α between varieties and the relationship with intramuscular fat content, it provide basic datas for researching deposition mechanism of pigs intramuscular fat content.
