摘 要:[目的]研究侧柏内生真菌菌株G21在不同培养基中发酵产物抑菌活性,并进行鉴定。[方法]利用生长速率法测定抑菌活性,结合形态分类及ITS-18S rDNA序列分析鉴定菌株。[结果]G21在所有不同培养基中的发酵产物对苹果腐烂病菌、白菜黑斑病菌、小麦纹枯病菌及番茄灰霉病菌均有不同程度的抑制作用;G21鉴定为异茎点霉属(Paraphoma),与菊异茎点霉菌(Paraphoma chrysanthemicola)处于同一分支。[结论]G21马丁培养基和淀粉铵盐培养基发酵产物活性值得进一步研究。[Aims] This study aims to study the antifungal activity of Platycladus orientalis endophytic fungus G21 cultures, and to identify G21 as well. [Methods] Mycelium growth rate was used to indicate the antifungal activity, and morphology as well as ITS-18S rDNA sequence was used to identify G21. [Results] All G21 cultures displayed certain inhibition against Valsa mall, Alternaria brassicae, Rhizoctonia cerealis and Botrytis cinerea. G21 was identified as Paraphoma, which belongs to the same branch as Paraphoma chrysanthemicola. [Conclusions] G21 Martin medium and starch ammonium salt medium fermentation products are worthy to be further studied.
