摘　　要：模数转换(ADC)采样电路作为模拟域到数字域的接口,实际应用非常广泛。介绍了ADC动态性能参数定义及测试方法,讨论了基于快速傅里叶变换(FFT)的频域测试法测试高速ADC动态性能参数的可行性,最后给出了实施方案和测试结果。As the interface from analog domain to digital domain,analog/digital converter（ADC）sampling circuit has been applied widely in practice.This paper introduces the definition and test method of ADC dynamic performance parameters,discusses the feasibility of testing dynamic performance parameters of high speed ADC by frequency-domain test method based on fast Fourior transform（FFT）,finally gives the implement project and test result.
