摘　　要：学习教育部、团中央《关于进一步加强和改进大学生社会实践的意见》文件,提高对大学生勤工助学的认识,论述了高校图书馆勤工助学工作的意义,对如何促进勤工助学工作持续有效的开展进行思考,并提出对策建议。By learning the ＂opinions on further strengthening and improving college students＂ social practice＂ from Ministry of Education, Mission Central, and improving the awareness of college students＂ work-study program, this paper introduced the significance of university library on work-study program, and discussed how to promote sustained and effective development of this program, and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
