摘　　要：调取证据侦查措施是新刑事诉讼法做出的新规定,正确界定调取证据的概念,全面解读调取证据的法律规范,并研究调取证据在侦查实践中的实施要点及注意事项,有助于新刑诉法的正确实施,推动公安侦查工作合法有效的开展。The investigative measure of obtaining evidence is the new provision of the new Criminal Procedure Law. To correctly define the concept of obtaining evidence, to make a comprehensive interpretation of legal norms to obtain evidence and to study the implementation guidelines and precautions in obtaining evidence in the investigation practice help correct implementation of the new Criminal Procedure Law and promote public security investigation work carried out legally and validly.
