摘　　要：以大学生个人品德教育对和谐社会构建的价值为研究内容,认为当代大学生个人品德教育与和谐社会的要求还有一定差距。忽视个人品德教育作为政治规范因素、利益协调因素、文化价值因素、"人"的因素、从理论到实践的过渡因素是造成差距的原因。提出了个人品德教育以民主法制为保障、以协调利益关系为突破口、以树立正确的价值观念为基础、以人际关系的发展为主线,以社会实践为根本路线的对策。着重阐明了在构建和谐社会中被人们忽视的个人品德教育的价值。Personal moral education has a deep connection to the idea of harmonious society,and in the context of building a harmonious society,we must pay more attention to students’individual character development. This arti-cle take personal moral qualities education for college students,the value of building a harmonious society as the re-search content,On the basis of consulting lots of literature and analysis of data,the author tries to enhance people’ s attention to individual character,in order to provide some reference for the construction of a harmonious society.
