NO缺乏型高血压大鼠穹窿下器的超微结构观察

摘　　要：目的观察高血压大鼠不同时期穹窿下器的水肿变化。方法雌性Wistar大鼠予以左旋硝基精氨酸(L-NNA)15mg/(kg·d)腹腔注射,成功制备高血压动物模型。随机选择对照组、用药2周组、用药4周组、用药8周组,常规经心灌注固定取脑,取材后经处理用透射电镜观察高血压不同时期穹窿下器的水肿改变。结果随着血压的升高,穹窿下器的水肿逐渐加重,当血压稳定后,水肿减轻。结论穹窿下器在高血压不同时期的水肿改变与血压改变呈一致性。Objective To investigate the change in edema of the subfornical organ of hypertensive rats at different times.Methods Female Wistar rats were treated with L-nitro-arginine （L-NNA） 15 mg/（kg · d） at 8 ：00 am ,8 ：00 pm intrap-eritoneal injection twice ,and so animal models of hypertension were made successfully.Control group ,Medication for weeks （10）group ,4 weeks （10）group ,8 weeks （10）group were randomly selected. Brains were removed after conventional fixation was made by cardiac perfusion ;The change in edema of the subfornical organ at different stages of hypertension was observed by transmission electron microscopy after tissue was treated.Results With the increase in blood pressure ,edema of the subfor-nical organ became gradually serious ;when the blood pressure was stable ,edema was relieved.Conclusion the change in ede-ma of the subfornical organ at different stages of hypertension is consistent with the change of hypertension.
