乙哌立松联合都梁软胶囊治疗慢性紧张型头痛50例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察乙哌立松联合都梁软胶囊治疗慢性紧张型头痛的治疗效果。方法将100例慢性紧张性头痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。对照组口服乙哌立松,50mg/次,3次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上,加服都梁软胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d,15d为1疗程。结果与治疗前相比,2组患者在治疗第15天头痛程度均较治疗前显著减轻(P<0.05),而治疗组头痛频率较治疗前明显减少,头痛程度明显减轻,但在头痛程度和发作频率上治疗组显著优于对照组,且治疗组基本控制率和总有效率优于对照组。结论都梁软胶囊联合乙哌立松能够改善慢性紧张型头痛临床症状。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Eperisone combined with Duliangruan capsule on chronic tension headache. Methods 100 patients with chronic tension headache were randomly divided into treatment group treated with Eperisone and Duliangruan capsule ,and control group treated with Eperisone for 15 days. The degrees of headache relief and the frequency of headache were analyzed before and after treatment. Results Eperisone combined with Duliangruan capsule was superior to Eperisone used alone. Conclusion It is better of Eperisone combined and Duliangruan capsule for treating tension headache than Eperisone alone.
