摘　　要：以舍勒的代表作《伦理学中的形式主义与质料的价值伦理学》为分析文本,阐释了他的"质料先天"的价值内涵及其现象学的理论基础,揭示了他与康德和胡塞尔的复杂关系。"本质直观"是舍勒的质料价值伦理学的理论基石,这不仅反映在他对"质料先天"价值及其秩序的理解上,也体现在他的"人格"概念中。This paper centers on Max Scheler＇s masterpiece Der Formallsmus in der Ethik und die Materiale Wertethik. Through analyzing the value meaning of his ＂ material a priori＂ , especially the theoretical basis of his phenomenology, it intends to reveal Scheler＇s complex relation with Kant and Husserl. It is argued that the ＂ intuition of essence＂ is basis for Scheler＇s material value ethics.
