摘 要:胃癌的发生和发展是一个复杂、多步骤的过程,涉及原癌基因和抑癌基因的遗传失调,最近研究较多的微RNA(miRNA)起着重要作用.miRNA是一种长为21~ 23个核苷酸的非编码RNA分子,参与细胞增殖、凋亡和分化以及恶性肿瘤的发生,是重要的调节器.近些年来,人们针对miR-21在恶性肿瘤中的表达研究最为广泛深入,该文就miR-21与胃癌的关系进展予以综述.The genesis and development of gastric cancer is a complex multistep process,involving genetic dysregulation of proto-oncogenes and tummsuppressor genes,and it is revealed by recent studies that the microRNAs play important roles in the process.MicroRNAs are small (approximately 21-23 nucleotides) non-coding RNAs,which are involved in cell proliferation,apoptosis,differentiation,and the onset of malignant tumors as important regulator.In recent yems,miR-21 expression in malignant tumms is the most widely and deeply studied,and here is to make a review of research progress in the relationship between miR-21 and gastric cancer.
