摘  要:心外膜脂肪组织(EAT)是位于心肌与脏层心包间的脂肪组织。多项研究显示,EAT可增加冠状动脉硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的发病风险。随着影像学技术的发展,影像学方法测量EAT正逐渐开展,为EAT与冠心病的研究提供了良好的方法。该文通过总结EAT与冠心病的关系,为更好地指导EAT测量、预防冠心病的发生提供参考。Epicardial adipose tissud(EAT) is located between heart muscle and visceral pericardium,which can increase the risk of coronary heart disease according to findings of muhiple studies.Meanwhile,with the development of imaging technologies,the measurement methods of EAT are gradually developed,which provide a good basis for studying the relationship between EAT and coronary heart disease.Here is to summarize the existing literature,and explore the relationship between EAT and coronary heart disease,in order to better guide the EAT measurement and prevention of coronary artery disease.
