对飞行员健康教育预防心血管疾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 针对飞行员现有心血管疾病的危险因素,制订相应的健康教育方案并实施,研究健康教育干预对其心血管疾病预防的意义.方法 回顾性分析海口市人民医院2006年3月至2007年12月受理的132例海南航空年度飞行员例行心电图运动负荷试验（EE T）的结果及相关临床资料（对照组）,对其采取相应的健康教育措施;追踪健康教育干预后2008～ 2011年度飞行员检测EET的检测结果（干预组）,对比EET的数据和相关临床因素,研究健康教育干预的效果.结果 对照组和干预组不同年龄、不同体质量的EET异常检出率比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.对照组2006年EET异常率为37.9％,2007年为38.6％;干预组2008年EET异常率为13.6％,2009年为11.4％,2010年为11.1％,2011年为9.1％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（x2=24.74,P＜0.01）.结论 相应的健康教育干预能对飞行员的亚健康或疾病状态产生积极的影响,有效地预防心血管疾病的隐患.Objective To make corresponding education plan and study on the importance of health education to the prevention of pilots＇ cardiovascular diseases based on the current risk factors for the disease.Methods The annual ECG exercise testing（EET） results and clinical reports of 132 pilots from Hainan Airlines admitted in Haikou People＇s Hospital from Mar.2006 to Dec.2007（the control group）were restrospectively analyzed,and gave appropriate health education was given to those pilots.And the EET results of the same pilots group who received health education were tracked down Dom 2008 to 2011（the intervention group）,the EET data of the two groups was compared,and the effect of health education intervention was assessed.Results The EET abnormal detection rate of different ages and weights of the control and intervention group was statistically insignificant（P 〉 0.05）.The EET abnormal detection rate of the control group was 37.9% in 2006 and 38.6% in 2007 ; the EET abnormal rate of the intervention group was 13.6% in 2008,in 2009 the rate was 11.4 %,in 2010 the rate was 11.1%,and finally 9.1% in 2011,which made the difference statistically significant（x2 =24.74,P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion The intervention of health educa tion have positive impact on improving pilots＇ health Dom sub-health condition or disease,and effectively preventing the cardiovascular disease.
